Two weeks ago I started eating corn flakes cereal for dinner. I add blueberries, almonds and a little bit of cinnamon to a bowl with non fat milk. Lost 10 pounds. I do this Monday - Friday, on week-ends I usually have a small steak with grilled veggies and hummus or grilled chicken with veggies.
I realize this is not for everyone, but I love cereal and can eat it for dinner with no problems.
For lunch I usually have big salads with shredded chicken or tuna.
Breakfast is the hardest part for me since I don't eat bread or sugar...so it's usually a hard boiled egg with a little bit of lox and a tomato. I eat an egg every other day.
In between meals I have fruit, but not too much.
