Ok, I'll admit it. I happened to tune in to the episode when he proposed. It truly was romantic and took a lot of thought and planning, not to mention the expense of course. I still think they are two of the most vain and materialistic people on the planet, they spend a fortune on everything they do that could go toward better uses, but that's who they are. It doesn't effect my life one way or the other, so whatever.

I'm not a prolific reader of reading materials dedicated to stalking the rich and famous. How they live, what they eat, where they dine nor the latest scandal du jour.

I agreed with the author of this thread with regard to who sang at their nuptials. Whether one is wealthy enough to afford said singer or whether the singer is in need of funds is none of anyone's business.
