Right now Dallas, Texas is getting all the criticism from everyone who is in a panic because Ebola is here at the moment. You can bet your bippy that as soon as another hospital in some other state gets the first patient, there will be talk about how they bungled the whole thing also. This is a relatively new situation for these hospitals and health care workers. Everyone is trying to learn the best way of dealing with this while it is happening. No where is there going to be a perfect healthcare facility doing everything so wonderfully perfect. People are human and make mistakes everywhere, not just in Dallas.
Just last week I saw on some show that nurses all over were admitting that they are not properly trained. I'm not saying this because I am from the Dallas area. I'm just being realistic. Personally, I hope the care does improve all over. Right now Dallas is on the chopping block. Just wait though. That said, I hope the disease ends here in Texas, I truly do.
And yes, I now about the patient in Nevada. I wish them all the luck over there.

I don't see anything in the news, either.

maybe confusing it with Nebraska.

The only thing I saw was this headline from a Fox affiliate:
Physician: Hotel, casino staff at risk for Ebola exposure.
Uh yeah, I'm sure that's true, but not only in Las Vegas, and certainly casinos and hotel employees are not the only group of people at risk. Sheesh what stupid reporting!

Or Newark.

It's not Dallas, it's not Texas that's receiving criticism. The city and state are inconsequential although I have to admit I "assumed" a hospital in such a large city would be prepared for just about anything.

My apologies about Nevada. It WAS Nebraska. I am sorry if I alarmed anyone. How do you edit a post? I want to remove that last line about Nevada.
