If you want to blame QVC mgmt go ahead, but don't always take it out on customer service.  Many times they are limited as to what information is available and can only see what their system allows.  Trust me, I know.  Most times they bear the brunt of it all and they are at an unfair advantage.

I also recently ordered the Lug Puddle Jumper 2 on Feb. 8 and it still has not arrived.  The original expected delivery date was supposed to be today.  It's still in Pennsylvania and has been the since the 13th.

I have also had a couple packages that didn't show tracking until they arrived at my door step.

The OP orders something on a Saturday and expected it be there by now?  It's only been 5 business days.  It probably didn't even ship out until the following Monday.  QVC shouldn't be confused with Amazon Prime.  You aren't going to receive package THAT quickly.

In the past few weeks, tracking has not been updated for several items I purchased. Before this time, I would see some good, expected tracking on each item. This is for both UPS and USPS.

 

I have one item being out for delivery today, UPS, but there has been no tracking whatsoever since it said "billing information received" last week. Another item is stalled in Kansas City; must be taking the scenic route through Kansas for the past several days with no updates.

 

I do check the UPS and USPS sites, also, to see if there is anything showing besides what's shown here, and it is the same. 

 

I just know anything coming from the Carolina warehouse, tracking is very spotty at its best. I don't think UPS or USPS scan packages for tracking updates, and not until those packages get here in this region.

@Liverbird1 OMG, I could have written your post WORD FOR WORD!!! I went from a CS support person to a supervisor and ALL I got was "You can either cancel or wait". She's right, but MY point was how can you not know if your is available for purchase if you have an online system that is a POS (Point Of Sale) program? You don't sell something if you don't have it in stock. pretty simple.

 

So, a ring ordered more than a week ago is on back-order till...we don't know but it won't be in for a few weeks is suddenly processing but....we don't know if it's available. Wow. Just..wow.

This is true with order shipped USPS,  but my UPS orders are consistently updated.   QVC,  of course,  has no control over postal service operations.   Usually some as large as the OP's bag would be shipped UPS.
