I ordered a Lug Puddle Jumper 2 on 2/6/2016. It has not arrived yet and I am going on a trip next Wednesday so I ordered it for that. The status shows "shipped on 2/9/2016" but the tracking says only "billing information received". So I called QVC customer service. The service agent told me that "The vendor shipped it" so I said "the billing information was received and it has gone nowhere" she said "Tracking does not always show where the item is" What? She also said I can check with UPS. I can't believe the lousy service I just received from the Q. This is the first time since shopping with them over 20 years that I received no help from customer service. I checked with UPS and there is no tracking with this tracking number. I am flippin mad. I guess I will call back when I have the time and am less aggravated. I work more than FT plus care for my 90 year old mother. I don't have a lot of time to dig around to find an order that was not shipped. Thanks but no thanks QVC, this time your service was extremely bad. A good service agent would have realized that there was a problem with the shipping, and expedited me a bag so I would have it for my trip.

Call back and ask for a supervisor. Tell her what happened and then state what you want them to do to remedy the situation with 2 day shipping.

I Have just called CS about a ring that was on back order then in process then on back order now in process ,I asked when it will arrive and she said the date online is only an estimated date , so she did not know when it would arrive .
Then I asked if she was sure it would arrive and would not go out of stock .She said no order is guaranteed any order could go out of stock .
So I have a ring , on order dont know when or if it will arrive .
Thanks QVC , definately not convenient !!!!!

If the bag was just shipped, it takes a little time for the UPS tracking to show.
And with today being a holiday, it may take a little longer. If your trip isn't until next Wednesday, there's a good chance that you will receive the bag in time.

@Halo117 When is the EDD on your package? CS won't help as long as it isn't past due and that's at least 13 days for me. Hope you have good luck with getting it.

I highly doubt it, the bag "shipped" on Febuary 9th which is 6 days ago. If it had shipped it would have been well on it's way by last Friday before the holiday. It has not shipped. I had this happen to me just a few weeks ago where I was charged but the item never shipped. The customer service person refunded my money. QVC does not ship some items. The vendor does as in this case. I can go on Amazon and get it by Wednesday.

And I just had a great experience with Bed Bath and Beyond. First time I ordered anything from them to be shipped. Ordered on Wednesday, receive my Farberware cookware on Saturday!!! No shipping charges. I now have ordered a couple of more items from them. Not sure why they, Amazon and other retailers ship so quickly while QVC seems to be a slow boat.

There is a problem affecting jewelry shipments from one of our warehouses that has been happening for awhile lately and we actually thought it was fixed. Please send me an email to QVCSocialTem@qvc.com and I will investigate this for you.

This is true with almost ALL my QVC orders- the tracking number NEVER updates until the day the item actually arrives on my doorstep. I am sure there is no problem with the shipping or your item.
