I just don't get the prices of JR

I know there are a ton of JR lovers out there, but I just think her pieces all seem so similar and are really over-priced and getting even worse. THat J151263 heart is pretty ( don't care for the gold accent) but really, I guess I'd just as soon get something similar which I know is in some stores now at a lot less-that Smithsonian blue heart ring was really pretty but a little over the top for a trip to the supermarket. Really where do you wear something like that? No offense- just sooo expensive. ( that piece kind of reminds my of Esposito's designs- which I do like but also- don't have that many places to show it off if I did buy.) BTW- where is Esposito???
