I just can't understand why

the producers of Two and half men put up with Charlie Sheen. How many breaks does this guy get. I watched the show a couple times and it seems to just be about Charlie and his se*ual encounters. It was really boring. Is it a show that men seem to like more than women. How does it warrent him one and half million per episode? He is trash in my opinion.
