@I am still oxox I choose to use Q’s “Live Chat” if I need to converse with CustomerCare. In the past I’ve found them to be rude also. “Live Chat” unfortunately can be hit or miss as far as being up and running.

I agree. Last week there was a Joan Rivers maxi dress (item #A303043) on a Lunch Time Special. Did anyone else purchase it? Because I already had one ordered and waiting for it to ship, I called Customer Service to see if I could get the discounted price. The operator told me that she would make a notation on my order and when I received the item, to call and the discount would be applied. Liel Lie. Lie. I called and no such notation and am being told the item was not a Lunch Time Special since Febr!!!!!

If a person stops shopping at Q do they leave the forums also ?

I had an equally upsetting conversation with the online chat cs dept. I will also no longer purchase from Q as the shipping costs are unreal. Too many other sites will ship for free or at least less hassel than Q now. For YEARS Q was the best CS, not any more!!!

IMO - most of them.
I think it's similar to those who make dramatic announcements about leaving a forum, and rarely stick to that. I think those who really want to leave a forum don't make a big announcement about it, they just leave. I suspect it's about the same for those who say they won't shop at QVC any more.

Me. I have not placed an order from QVC in over 3 yrs.
I have been on these boards since the old Shop Talk days, and have no plans to leave b/c I still enjoy these boards.

@SharkE If she closes her shopping account, I do not think her customer number will work to get into the forums. If she does not actually close it, QVC seems to allow posters who claim they buy nothing here. I once read a post from someone who shared it had been 13 years since she shopped here.
