           @Patty1976,  Welcome to the forums!   I'm sorry you ran into problems.   I don't know if anything can be done, but I wanted to add a notification to some of the QVC Social Team who might be online right now.    They provide wonderful, stellar, practical help on the forums for all sorts of issues, so maybe they can look into this.   

            Also, for future reference, the moderators usually monitor the "Customer Care" and "Suggestion Box" sub-forums for customer service issues and, in addition, you have the option of emailing them directly to "QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com" if you want.

Years back there used to be a "chat" listed. No particular time or day. If someone was there, or many someones, you could jump right in and chat.

 

As a male, I did participate,  but only on a very rare occasion. If the topics being discussed were of interest to me? Hey, I  wasn't/ain't shy!
