Don't know if it's really new, but I just read the victims of the Colorado movie theater are suing the theater company.
I ask myself if anyone is really to blame other than the shooter. Who ever thinks going to a movie is dangerous? Should any business be to blame for the actions of a lunatic?
Should, say, a church be sued if someone comes in and does it there? Should a restaurant, bowling alley, mall, or wherever be responsible for this?
I understand (to the best of my ability) how horiffic this was, but who is truly responsible? Can we really mitigate these actions anywhere?
