In all my years in IT support/management/design/development I’ve never seen a major corporation’s website so poorly managed and with the appearance of having been abandoned as a lost cause.
Allowing a basic user-file database degradation to continue for over 3 months not only repels customers it also puts security of the user file in question, and it’s unprofessional and irresponsible.
QVC doesn't own this. They outsourced this to the lowest bidder.
You get what you pay for.

For me, I started noticing the "No Notification" issue last Friday, 2/15 but assumed it would fix itself. Then the weekend came along and experience has taught me not to count on any repair service on the weekends. It is now Wednesday and with the abundance of complaints about this forum feature not working, I would have expected technical support to have rectified the problem by now. Does their technical capability stop at adjusting font size?
