Ummm, is there anything better than a tart apple with a hunk of sharp or pepper jack cheese....

I like Fuji apples. But they have been replaced by my recent Pacific Rose find. So if these Pacific beauts ever disappear then I'll go back to the Fujis.

My favorite apple is a Braeburn.  Sweet, tart, firm and delicious!!!

I like an old variety you never see now called Steel Reds. They are crisp and sweet

I have not seen Pacific Rose in my area. They sound delicious. I like Ambrosia, Kiku,  Honeycrisp,or Cameo. I actually eat one every evening as per my gastro's recommendations to clean out the colon. Sorry if I got too graphic. It works though!
