Women don't realize that when they wear those kind of shoes (heel height) it puts such strain on their knees. They will have issues down the road. Your foot is not meant to be placed in that way and it destroys bone structure and harms the ligaments & tendons in the foot.

I see women walking all the time with spiked heels and they look like they can barely balance on them. I wonder how many women get ankle injuries and worse.

Those "CFM" shoes may be fun now, but good luck walking in a few years.
