Sort of makes you wonder why "IT" doesn't do some preemptive work by checking out the website's functionality to begin with. Instead, they wait for mass complaints to the moderators and for them to reprot that it's not working.

@stevieb.  It's possible they ate working on it and that's what makes it go "wonky".  We just don't know.
