Our local paper has an article today about the pending medicare cuts to doctors that is making the doctors threaten to cut their medicare patients. I , like everyone else thought this was a part of the new health care bill BUT it is actually part of a 1990 budget balancing bill - I believe the rep. were in charge of the house and the senate at that time.
