Wow, thank goodness for people like you. I see the family life of some of the students from my former school and it breaks my heart.
I am also very professional with all staff. I treat all staff with respect, with a smile, even though it's not always returned. I believe in "kill them with kindness". And I know there is an end date to this craziness.
