so far I have only a few minor skirmishes with deliveries...but I do now have companies I will NEVER do business with again so it has also been a learning experience....did you know if you fail to pick up an order at Belk because you are never notified it is there, your order is marked as "abandoned" and returned to the warehouse? You are then tagged with "abandonment" on your account"? No more store pickup for you! And don't even get me started on Fanatics....or several others.

Deliveries have been pretty good....customer service with stores....pathetic.

How about one place trying to take $50 off your refund because they said you used a coupon. Just wanted the price I paid....not in vogue now.
