If you want to change the emoticons from say robot to smiley faces go into preferences, choose dislplay and you can choose what you want.

You can also get rid of the heart option.

I just did that too but it's still not the same visually as the old forum. It seems to be a HUGE waste of space for each post in each box. It just makes it difficult to follow an entire conversation. Thumbs down (I won't even attempt to look for a thumbs down emotie).

I just tried to sign in on MY SETTINGS PAGE and got an entire page of QVC menu items for shopping with a two line list of red QVCs across the top of the page. I can only assume they are having problems this morning and/or are tweaking the new format. So I will try again later.
