I can't figure out how to quote......

FAQ says to use the "quote link" but I don't see one.....

Figured it out.....  You have to select to reply in a particular post and THEN there is the quote button to put in the content of the post on which you hit the reply button. 

 

Not very intuitive.

Hmm, I don't see a quote button. I am on an iPad. Where is the button that you see?
