@Alice-QVC, Yes, that same message.  It shows up once now instead of multiple times, but it still shows up.  Thanks for the assistance.

I'm one of them; please educate me.

up top of your computer page should be a listing that says 'History'

click on that and hit delete. Mine is on upper left. I have Ccleaner installed (free app from filehippo) that with one click will clean cookies, histories, unnecessary temp files, etc. and keep your pc running faster without all the clutter.

A clean pc is a happy pc.

I would NEVER want to delete my history. It helps me a lot. And just because QVC told me to? I don't think so. I told them ages ago to get rid of that computer company, but noooooooooo, they are still just as imcompetent as they always were.

Re: I can post for the minute attention MODS

WRONG WRONG WRONG. It is NOT the cookies despite IT claiming it is. It doesn't matter where I sign in (my house, different computers; friends' house, in-laws house) or whether I use my PHONE... I get this same message.

QVC, do you honestly thing that NO ONE on this forum has a background in IT? Really?

Amazing. SMH

Re: I can post for the minute attention MODS

Today I had no trouble signing in.  I did not delete any history or cookies.
