I placed an order on 6/1 and its been in process every since.  It says it will be delivered 6/11 lol.  I have had this happen for a week a week but never 3!

It must be coming from the Ontario warehouse.  No biggie just thought it was funny.

Did you call customer service? Sometimes there's a computer glitch and they have to go in and manually release the order. It happened to me a few times.  Once they did that, I received my order very quickly.

I got my Pom Pom London bag from the Ontario warehouse in 3 days. Ordered at midnight, shipped on Tuesday and had it on Thursday.

@spumoni99   seriously, you have been more than patient. That is way too long. Iam not sure why you haven't called.  From what I hear m I am not sure if it will do any good  maybe chance it is lost..   Also, the more legitimate complaints that are filed the more they might be aggressive in getting their items out in a timely manner.  I ordered a couple things in last month, they all came quick.  But in the months before I had real issue

Geez---I am kind of patient---but I finally got an order I placed 6/5---got it 6/21---via Anchorage Alaska---I live near Seattle!!! It was in Seattle for about a week before taking a side trip up north! Was thru USPS --- not surprised I guess?

I have one still not shipped since 6/10.  I think I will just refuse it.

Ordered a kitchen item and a VPH item on 6/7 and nothing has moved yet.  Emailed qvcsocialteam and they said Ontario had a technical issue which has been resolved and they are working to get the orders shipped.

Made 2 new orders on 6/20 and no action there.  Wanted the items but also wanted to see if the newer orders ship first!  Will see.

Crazy having a USPS issue on top of the QVC delays.  When did your 6/5 order ship? Would love to have my 6/7 orders leave the warehouse!

@rockygems123 --think it shipped the 5th from JTV----it finally moved from Seattle on the13th,  but went to Alaska, and   by the 19th or 20th it was moving  to me. 😤

I also have an order at HSN.  At least the Q has not charged me yet for the two orders still preparing since June 7th, but HSN has charged the first flex pay and can't refund it until the 26th when the item is suppose to be delivered.  

HSN order coming from same warehouse in Calif as QVC.  I live in Calif.  Shouldn't take a month.

I will not order anymore and need to have items cancelled, but told they can't cancel them. 

CS no help and you get a different answer from them.  Such a small problem in todays world, I know.  Just had to vent.
