HSN order coming from same warehouse in Calif as QVC. I live in Calif. Shouldn't take a month.
I will not order anymore and need to have items cancelled, but told they can't cancel them.
CS no help and you get a different answer from them. Such a small problem in todays world, I know. Just had to vent.
Maybe that's part of the puzzle, they're integrating HSN inventory with QVC's at the Ontario site.
Same with me 6/7 orders with no action.

I will do a livechat this week,I wasn't in a hurry so hadn't really been tracking the order until a few days ago.
I have gotten other things I ordered later than that item.

I am wondering if it isn't the method a vendor chooses to ship, or their computer systems. With QVC it may be both. I have no problem EVER when I ship express or priority. But if I use the free shipping when they have it, or reg ship, it's a crop shoot. Seriously. I get packages from eBay in a few days, same with my clothing vendors. 3-4 days.
I notice on some of QVC return labels they have a confusing label. Maybe, it's what we order but my label has both UPS and USPS on same label. There is no option . You use the one label with both UPS and usps on it. I take to post office , they take it, and then somewhere along the line it goes to UPS if needed .
i suspect, although I can't confirm. There is a huge click in the computer systems at QVC as well

Received my HSN order, but says on my account packaging. I called to take it off, was told if you get another, just return it.
QVC still in packaging. I ask to cancel orders, no can do.
CS really can't help if you even get someone. I emailed and get a nice sorry letter back. Done for awhile with ordering on the Q.
I wonder if they lost a lot of workers in the warehouse in Calif because of all the people having to leave, cant say more.
