After a year of research & months of scouring dealerships for a new car to my liking I finally realized I had to factory order the car.  What I wanted was not on anyone's lot.

Yesterday, found a "hassle free & no pressure" dealership near me, told them what I was willing to pay (their lowest markdown over my amount which I already knew in advance), ordered the car.  Rebates & taxes included, the deal was sealed as the full price was cheaper than what I was willing to pay for the car.

Delivery date is 6-8 wks.  Maybe sooner.  Then the service manager came out of his office & informed me that the dealership & Ford will have better rebates before my delivery date & I will be entitled to them.  Either way, it's a win-win for me.

Her name will be Minty plus I am getting vanity plates as soon as Detroit supplies me w/the vin #.

Did you know that US made cars accessories are installed in Mexico?  Sometimes, the accessories are shipped from Argentina, South America.
