I'm excited for you! Cool car...happy motoring! Post a pic when you get it!

Congrats, @Mz iMac - score on every level
Good mileage, sporty-lookin', and a great shade - one that's safer (more visible) as it's lighter in tone.
'Course I'm a bit partial since green is my fave color. ;-)
Safe and happy travels to ya.

@Mz iMac Really nice car! Beautiful, too! You inspire me. It's always best to figure out a way to get what you really want....partucularly for major purchases. Enjoy!

Great choice! My 2013 Fiesta is not so new anymore, but I still love it! My Fiesta in Candy Blue was my very first new car. I was 56 when we bought it. I probably won't bother buying a brand new car again, but I thought I should at least own one. Yes, they do need touched up if you are picky. My first rock chip made me sick. After the new wears off (took me a couple years) it doesn't bother me so much. Here's my baby.

Congrats on your new ride!
Somehow, from reading your posts here for awhile, it really seems to 'fit' you!

Gawjis shade on yours - would've been my pick as I love blues, too.
Nice sporty hatchback style as well.

OMG!!! The color of your car is the same color as my current wheels...
2000 Ford Escort ZX2-candy blue
My mechanic has been bugging me for years to sell him the car when I was ready. His son just got his permit & will be 16 soon. He's been saving $$$ from summer jobs to get a car.
My Plan B was to get an orange Fiesta Hatchback...
Test driving was a smooth ride. I just couldn't get use to a "high" ride car even though it's safer. I've always driven "low riders."
One of my neighbors has a black 2013 Fiesta just like yours. She is always raving about "her baby." Hers is loaded w/all the bells & whistles which she said came standard. Red leather seats too. I do believe that was an option she paid extra for. Sweet looking car.

Beautiful car. My brand and close to the colors of all the new cars I have bought. All of my new cars were factory ordered. When I wanted a brand new car, I wanted it built exactly with the equipment I wanted, which included all the color schemes, inside and out.
Several of them were delayed because of some Union that supplied parts was on strike, or the United Auto Workers were on strike. My Mach 1 Mustang was supposed to be 6-8 weeks, ended up being almost 4 months, mostly because of unavailable necessary parts for my particular order.
Now if only Ford made the Fiesta in a 2-3 door model, we might be interested. I like big doors and not seeing a window panel when merging onto Interstate traffic. The 4-5 door models doors are just too small to suit my liking. They look good, just not the model for us.
I can feel your excitement, I would be exactly the same way. Thanks for your story and picture, I can really relate to how you feel from my own experiences.
