I am really scared...please help me feel better. Thank you.

I'm sitting here typing and my eyes are burning with tears. I am so scared.

I went through menopause 8 years ago. I started bleeding last night. That's how my mom found out she had uterine cancer.

I called my dr. this morning and they are getting me in this afternoon.

My mom got uterine cancer when she was about 60 and I am 56. She is alive and well, so that is something positive to think about.

There could be other causes and I am praying that is the case.

I need to talk about it, but DH just says he's sure it'll be some other cause. (burys his head).

I don't want to worry my mom or kids until I find out for sure. It is silly to tell them until I know. But I need to talk about it.

So I just wanted some positive comments to make me feel better.
