I am not sure what sort of review to give this seller

He didn't mail my package ,when he told me he did..Wouldn't answer 3 of my emails..I finally contacted pay pal..after I did, he emailed me right away to say he was looking into it

I then sent him an email ,telling him I wanted a tracking number or a refund in the next 24 hrs, and he did comply then

He did fed ex my item the next day..I have only given 1 bad rating, to a person who was a crook....I want to be fair with this guy, but also let others know he doesn't answer email, nor is he careful..He has had other bad ratings..I don't think I should give him a good one, but perhaps a neutral one, rather than a bad one..he did finally mail the package..This has been ongoing since Dec 18..
