How about I save you the trouble and tell you to be done with qvc rather than about done. Can you do it?

@GenXmuse   Judging by all the complaints by many others, you might want to pass this advice on to a whole lot of posters. Smiley LOL

Re: I am just about done with QVC

Well, I agree as far as problems.  I have items that have taken a month to get delivered.  Anything coming from Ca. has a huge delay.  I have ordered probably 5-6 times that there isn't any problem at all ordered, but a day or so later they are on backorder, or an e mail explaining that it is going to take longer than expected.  Returns are not being processed nearly as quick as they used to be, some items don't get credited for a month.  Delivery is slow due to the fact that sometimes it takes a week or ten days to even get shipped.  Shipping is slow not matter how it gets sent ouit.  Customer service is not up to par.  There are times that I cannot get anyone on the phone aned it deverts to wanting me to use email.  I think that most of the reason we are having difficulty is because not everyone has returned to work.

You can't even get a CS Rep on the line.

Sorry QVC.........I am paying off my QCard and shopping someplace else.

@Pepper52 We can see what kind of friends some of these posters would make. Not good! Sometimes we just need to vent, as I see you needed to do. I would be frustrated too if I continued to have problems with all that you said, and  especially if I could not get customer service on the phone.

When I spend my money I want good customer service.

@manny2  I'm afraid you've lost me, with your response?

If you post your opinion, on a message forum, I think it's safe to  assume, you'll get people, responding, who don't agree with you.  And isn't that the  point, of a discussion forum?
This is probably more likely to happen if you post, "we're all having problems".
I also, am satisfied with my experiences, but, if I wasn't, like the op, I'd be moving along.
That would include the QVC forums. If I'm unhappy enough, to quit shopping, I wouldn't have any reason to hang out, on the forums.

I don't see what anyone disagreeing with you, has to do with being a friend? My friends and I don't always agree, and that's fine.  Kind of boring, IMO, if we all felt exactly the same, all the time!

@Islandqueen1    My daughter was basically saying the same thing to me just yesterday.  She ordered something from QVC that took one month to arrive.

She has had much better luck lately with HSN.

It take on average about 3 weeks, perhaps as much as 4 weeks to get something from QVC warehouse to being delivered.  A lot of it is not QVC, but the USPS.  The last two items I ordered from QVC came to my house almost a month later.  What irks me, is that once it comes to your major post office (in a city or large town) it takes another week for it ot travel to your zip code post office. And by a week I mean 7 days....sometimes 8 or  9 days to make it to your local post office to go out for delivery.

Agree with what you have written @Pepper52 .  QVC hasn't been doing well with orders, shipping, returns, etc. Blaming the virus for all their problems. To that I say BS! Other companies both larger and smaller than qvc(Amazon is fantastic as well as HSN, Venus,Rock Auto, etc,) do well getting things out in a timely fashion as well as resolving problems that arise.  I thought I would give qvc a try after not purchasing anything for a couple of years. They failed. Took for ever to get my order, no date info or answer to my email. CS sucks. TPTB don't seem to care at all about fixing the problems. So no more shopping at the q for me. I'll window shop, but not buy.
