@bellaartiste @Sister Barbara @nunu4u Post this problem in Customer Care and say there are three of you with the same problem. Address the mods in your title or contact the social team and mention as much as you can about your issues and the other two posters with the same issues. Mention your device, your browser and your current update you have been using,. Since you are going to email them you might want to take a photo shot of the page and how it looks when this is happening. Ask the social team to please let IT know about the problem. QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com
