I've been craving pizza lately. Right now, however, nothing as I just ate lunch.

I only have pizza 2-3 times a year, but I've sure been craving it for the last couple of weeks.

I could almost always eat pizza!

Macaroni and cheese. I just watched Wolfgang Puck ladle some out on HSN. Mmmm {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}

I am making a large pan of that for Easter. It is very good but very fattening and I usually only make it 4 times a year. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter and the 4th of July. Sometimes my daughter requests it for her husbands and her bday though.

I have to say, it took me a couple of years to perfect but I haven't tasted any that is better than mine.

Irish, there's nothing like a "perfected" mac N cheese! I've never mastered it, but DH and DS love it. Sometimes I'll splurge and get them the organic one from Amy's.

I'm stuffed at the moment so am not craving anything. Just went to Panera with my mom and had their onion soup and a Greek salad with a baguette all of which was very tasty and filling... Yesterday, some of us were craving Chinese, so we each got a different dish and then shared. Very yummy and that particular craving is now taken care of for a few months!

Mmmm I love pizza but I'm allergic to tomatoes, so my favorite is Ledo's White Pizza w/ real bacon (not the "bits") on top. {#emotions_dlg.w00t}

I was craving a hot fudge sundae...so I settled for Vanilla Ice Cream w/ (cold) chocolate syrup (no HFCS) and whipped cream on top. It hit the spot! {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

Next time, heat that chocolate syrup in the microwave... Still not hot fudge, but not bag at all...

I do love a good mac and cheese. I don't eat it very often but when I do eat it, it is full fat cream or half and half and full fat cheeses. Love it with fontina, cheddar, gruyere, good mozzarella, emmentaler, and believe it or not some Velvetta. I have tried it every different way and if I don't put Velvetta in it, it just doesn't have the same creaminess.

I haven't tried Amys. I should check it out.

I would have done that but DS freaks whenever I use the microwave (and he shares the choc. sauce w/ me). {#emotions_dlg.w00t}
