Anonymous032819, Happy Thanksgiving & enjoy the pheasant.  When we were first married in 1970 & quite a few years later, my DH & his 4 brothers went pheasant hunting every fall.  It is wonderful and easy to cook.  Just like cooking chicken, but a smaller bird.  It brings back such good memories. Thank you.

My family had our Thanksgiving dinner Saturday due to  Black Friday sales and people working retail.
  I don't cook much so will toss a Turkey frozen dinner in the microwave, but will enjoy wine with it!

Peace to all at Thanksgiving. Plans with extended family changed. Excited to learn daughter will be flying into town Thanks Day afternoon from SFO - hope there aren't weather delays. She's requesting a grilled steak. Midwest girl! 

Joke -- if you want to save holiday gift $$ -- bring up the subject of politics at Thanksgiving Dinner......... that'll do it!
