I Painted My Floor Black

Ripped out the carpet in my bedroom and down the hall and painted the subfloor black with cement/garage paint. I'm working slowly on the rest of the house, section at a time. My issue is, my home is kind of rustic/antique/country feel. I was thinking about doing a stencil on some parts in the living room but white would be the only color that would really show up on black. Not really a country feel. what do you think?
