But the other day, I got a letter in the mail from PG&E, that said that in 12/17, from 8:00 a.m to 5:00pm, (weather permitting), my power will be shut off to install overhead equipment, (they didn't specify).

But fear not, I'll be back!😀

My frozen foods will survive, as I have things frozen solid in the freezer.

A few hours without electricity isn't going to cause them to thaw.

@Anonymous032819   Good luck.  Yes, your food will be fine.  Keep your doors closed in both frozen and regular and all will be fine.

Did you ever get to eat at that new restaurant-I believe it was a Jamaican restaurant?  We were in Jamaica last year and yummy yummy yummy!!!

Yes, the restaurant the is right behind my house.

I have been there several times, and their food is so delicious!!!!

They are still operating in these trying times, and when they barbecue their chicken, the delicious smell fills my house!

That is the best "air freshener" there is!😄
