I miss the "good old days" when people laughed and didn't fear anyone being insulted.

I miss when I could go to the grocery store and could get a week's worth of groceries for $25.

I miss just having fun

I miss the days that outside doors didn't have to be locked, a wind blowing in at night with the cool breeze of summer.

I miss not having to lock my car every night.

I miss a conversation that you can agree to disagree

I miss my mom and dad they were my rock.

I miss my grandma's coconut squares, moist sponge like cake with white frosting engulfed with a thick layer of shredded coconut.

I miss the family celebrations, they were a lot of work but worth it

I miss buying "stuff" from the Q, worthless cool stuff like a white square am/fm radio that when sound came out, the big red lips moved.

What do you miss?

Nothing. I was never one to live in the past but to cherish it and remember the fond memories. I look forward to what is ahead for me like the newborn baby in our family.

Change happens and must be accepted.

Loved people are only with us for a part of our path.

It is better to treasure the present and just have fond memories of the past.

1.  My childhood

Because life was being with family, simpler, kinder times  and neighborly!  everyone was great ...of course, #1 would be my dad😢

The 1960's and my wonderful childhood

The 1970's and my wild, wonderful teenage and young adult years

But Yes, change is inevitable and I'm making new memories and times to miss💜
