I recently had a most unsatisfactory CS. Experience. ( not QVC ). I was put on hold twice and each time the person would come back and tell me exactly what I just told them. I was shunted to someone named Freddy, who told me to call again Friday, and then said have a blessed day. Thanks Freddy !
