We like coffee from Amazon, its their brand and I have it on auto delivery.  The large bag we order has been out and they have been sending us 2 smaller bags, but now it is totally out so I ordered a different kind.

 

QVC is not the only one experiencing being out of products.  I also order for our church from Amazon and Lysol Toilet bowl cleaner (which I order in bulk) has been on back order, but finally shipped.

Personally, when I know things in advance, are going to go wrong?  I do what I can do to change it. 

 

Don't know anything about fish deliveries from a shopping Network, but I do know a BIG online retailer, that informs me along with giving me options. If being late is that important to me, I choose a different option.

 

Supply chain issues are wreaking havoc with many deliveries. For how long, who knows? Used to get my prime in 2 days, now at times, it is a week. Same issue as 1st two words in this paragraph.

I have gotten this egg Harbor salmon for at least the last three years, no delays and it is excellent. Talk to customer service.

@Scooty - Email the Social Team at social.team@qvc.com. They have helped me with a lot of situations. One of them was a canceled AD food order. I understand they can't get a lot of items they once had, but they will be able to explain what happened.  Smiley Happy

Well, this isn't the same thing, but I just got an email from QVC that they can "no longer support" a Philosophy A/D product that I had.  Even though (I just checked) they're still selling the same product.

 

My A/D now says "Discontinued".  I guess it boils down to, Philosophy no longer wants to provide the product at the price.  Odd though, as my A/D was only a few dollars difference.  And I'd only had one shipment of it so far.

 

Oh well, on to other things!  I've heard others are experiencing similar issues.
