I knew I was of a different generation when the songs played on the ""oldies"" station are from the 80s! The songs that I used to refer to as ""oldies"" are from the 50s and 60s. Now I can't find them on the radio at all.

As it is I spend all day at a computer at work so I prefer to expand my horizons and do other things rather then being constantly fixated on a phone ---taking pictures of what I'm eating to send to others, texting instead of actually talking to the person next to me....

My mother is trying to pressure me into getting a smart phone.

I'm convinced that her only reason for doing so is that she knows I don't want one.

(Her controlling tendencies are getting out of control. )

Have you ever seen the decal on the drive through window that says, "Braille and Picture Menus Available Upon Request"...?

Not only is it too late to ask for one once you are at the actual window, but you aren't going to have much luck reading the decal if you need one.
