I Just Got Back From the Dentist

and my teeth are squeaky clean, and so white! The dental hygienist used a sonic metal pick on my teeth, and I won't lie. There were times when it was like I was chewing on tin foil. Ouch! But it was worth it. I can't believe how white, and clean, and smooth my teeth feel!

I just gotta work on the flossing part. Ugh!
