It's not going to be listed in the Menu, at least not for a while.  You have to reply to the Moderator's post about it and ask to become a member.  Then they'll send you a link to the Board, which will show up for the members below Community Chat.

Well, that's strange.  It's not on my screen.  I looked before I posted, and just now I refreshed my screen and looked again after your post.  Very odd.  Amont Friends, Q Talk and Suggestion Box are below Community Chat on my screen.
