I know that people can have the virus but have zero symptoms.

Why is that?

I'm sorry for being stupid, but are they researching why some people have absolutely no symptoms, no cough, no fever, no anything, when they have the virus?

Why is it that some people can have the virus, but never get sick?

@Anonymous032819

My guess would be that some have stronger immune sytems and no underlying conditions, while other do.

But that's strictly my guess.

Re: I Have A ? Re: the Virus

More than likely those folks are "carriers."  They can spread the virus unknownly.

Ever heard of Typhoid Mary?  If not, WIKI research.

Re: I Have A ? Re: the Virus

i would say the same.....strong immune systems.

probably the same reason why people can be sick in the same household and one or two in the same household never get sick.

They can be a carrier and be asymptomatic is what I have heard.

It is viral, maybe like herpes, I have always heard you could have herpes and not know also, or be a carrier and not have outbreaks.

Just my thoughts. I really have no clue, it is a good questions @Anonymous032819

@Mz iMac

I agree, I'm a carrier for Hepatitis B, meaning it's not active in my body, but I could transmit it if I donated blood, for example.

[ Edited ]

The CV test is designed to detect genetic material from the CV. If the genetic material is present then the person tests positive. The test confirms the diagnosis of the disease called COVID-19.

COVID -19 is the disease.

Coronavirus is the thing which causes that.

Some people never come down with COVID-19 even though they test positive for the virus which causes it. No one understands why.

They are carriers which mean they could spread it to others which is why the need to limit crowds and keep a social distance

Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being positive what could go right.
