So I bought an iPad Air back in November of 2019 and got a free year of Appletv+, it has since expired. I bought a MacBook Air, November 2020 and did not get the offer for the free year. So I just called Apple customer service and was informed that it's one offer per family. So I guess it doesn't matter how many Apple products you buy, your not going to get the free offer, I am not happy.

I'm wondering if there's a loop hole. I know with Directv even their own people at Sam's would tell customers to remove it and have it reconnected under someone else who lives in the household.
They should've told you up front though.

The terms are listed under the offer information.

My free Apple TV expires next month. I too have bought 2 new iPhone 12's since and it didn't extend me either but I really don't care because I'm not in love with Apple TV anyway. My free Disney Plus expires at about the same time and I'm toying with keeping it for another year or saying goodbye to it too. I kinda like that one because I've gotten to see movies I never saw as a kid.

I don't know, for how expensive Apple products are, you'd think they could give you Appletv+ for free, it only costs them like $60 for the year.

Call Apple CS again. This time ask FIRMLY & POLITELY to be put through to CUSTOMER RELATIONS. See what they can do for you. This department does flip flops to keep Apple Customers happy.

@Mz iMac I read the fine print online, it does say one offer per family. But it is a new year and I did buy an Apple product, they give you three months to activate the deal. I'm going to call again, I've got nothing to lose.

@Jordan2 Did you check the policy before you bought the item? Did you ask, or look to see what the policy was?
If you had known or read the policy would you have bought the item or questioned what the company states?

@Sooner I would have bought it anyway. It really isn't something they promote, if you didn't know about it I think you could overlook it.
