This weekend in NE PA is to be sunny but 50s during the day and only in the 30s at night. What a quick change from the 90s and humidity from just weeks ago. A quick but welcome change.

I love fall. Sadly it's too dry here so no burning leaves. Love that smell.

It's going to be a pot of ham, green beans and potatoes w/crusty bread and pumpkin bread on Saturday. Maybe chili on Sunday.

I doubt the cider is ready so maybe a cup of hot chocolate in the evening while watching TV.

I'm in CT.  It's supposed to be about 65 Fri., Sat. and Sun.  YIPPEE!  Unfortunately, though, I haven't been able to wear sweaters in years.  Menopause was LONG ago, so I don't know what's up, but I'm always warm.   One reason that I absolutely hate summer.  So I'm looking forward to the cooler weather (an understatement).  I'll be cooking good, tasty food again!

Even in Amarillo, Tx it's bearable now. As long as some idiot doesn't start a fire. They say the smoke in Cal traveled as far as Europe !

@CrazyKittyLvr2  I just finished dragging up my Duraflame from the cellar!  This weekend I'll switch out my sheets for flannel. Yippee!

@PA Mom-mom   No, I've never done the vinegar thing.  I remember my Mom doing that with Bean w/bacon soup. I'll have to try it.

South Texas---Upper 80's with a slight chance of rain and very muggy, thankfully the humidity is going away this weekend.... Hoping and waiting for another nice cool front!!!
