I HATE it When Online Sellers LIE !

I have been ordering some beautiful books for my young grandchildren at the Barns & Nobel online site. They have sellers from other book shops who use their site to sell their books ( like ebay). When I order books for gifts I only order NEW items. Well I just got my first order from them that they stated was " NEW, UNREAD, IN PERFECT CONDITION". I was shocked {#emotions_dlg.scared} to find a badly damaged and dirty book that looked like it was used for several years at the same day care center as the one shown in TOY STORY 3 ! I hate sellers who LIE! {#emotions_dlg.angry}
