I used to live in Texas but my office was freezing cold so a cashmere cardigan in the summer was very appropriate (in that office).  There are all kinds of conditions in all locations that can govern what makes sense to wear so not sure why this is such an issue.

I was thinking the same thing

plus what other posters said about the differences

in different parts of the country.

But still the goal is sales, business is

business lol.
