@godi, understandable that you bought on an emergency basis what you might not have bought during normal times.

Our fridge is about 15 years old and has been repaired twice. My debating buying the one I want now rather than waiting for an emergency. The other problem is that refrigerators these days can break down even if new. Thanks for responding.

Happy for ya ! Mine quit it on me awhile back, got mine at Target too. Same price. It's called Emerson. Knock on wood, it still working.

Last year I purchased by GE Refrigerator from Lowes --- and prior to that I purchased my washer/dryer from Lowes. Delivered the following day!!!! They had it in stock - and everything was in perfect condition. When u purchase from Costco - they have to get it from the vendor or manufacturer - then u have to wait around a month.
