@SharkE You're correct on the Shinglix being 2 parts.  Back when I had my first shot they were hard to come by, so had to wait a bit until it was back in stock.  Unfortunately my DH went into hospice at that time, passed 3 months later and all thoughts of the 2nd shot just went out of my head.  So I only have protection, if any, from 1 shot.

Everybody is different and obviously all Medicare insurance is different

Private insurance I have no idea about they might pay for everything.

probably genetics can predict if one gets it where the other one don't.

I called my FNP gal and they don't give them at all. Have to go to a pharmacy or supermarket.


Perhaps he should talk to people who have suffered through shingles. There is no comparison,
