Have you seen the one with Michael Phelps for Colgate and, um, saving water? It's just so utterly ridiculous and weird. He's brushing his teeth and talking (or trying to talk) at the same time.

Some TV commercials leave me scratching my head wondering what they are selling. I'm guessing that whoever paid for them has wasted their money.

I don't get most commercials...because I don't pay any attention to them!

Most are boring, but there is a new one from Allstate Ins where the teenager is standing at his Mom and Dad's room trying to explain his "fender bender". It is so cute. Has anyone seen it?

I don't get some of them either, but this commercial got your attention and we are talking about it so the commercial did succeed in generating interest. I doubt it will make us run out and buy Colgate though.

Saw this car commercial on the Internet............

A young boy comes out of the house and sees his Dad fussing over his new car - polishing every inch and using a toothbrush around the tiny spaces........

Kid says - "Dad, is that my toothbrush?"

Dad - "No, it's your Mothers"
