I totally agree. Can't wait for 2019 to say goodbye.

I had 3 medical issues all within 6 to 8 weeks time. One being skin cancer

again. Still recovering from that. Too many sunburns as a young kid. Pay

the price now even though I wear sunscreen for years. Sure does catch

up with you.

I sure hope 2020 is a better year for all of us!

thishasbeen a very hard year for me.

i lost one o fmy beloved pets, had five major eye operations and am still recovering from them. lost out on a promotion at work , lost a so called good friend.

there are only 29 days left in this year and i am counting them down

but i have been blessed with  so much that i can't say that it  has been all bad. i am just ready for a fresh new year

Many that live a whole bunch of decades have heart breaking and terrible years after years after years. Somehow they have managed to live a good/happy and loving life.

I've read about some of your terrible life issues, and 1 in particular is probably the worst that could happen to anyone. The way I look at life is not how many bad things that have happened, but how I will deal and have dealt with them. That combined with making the good and great things in my life my top priority.

For me I have never given much thought to "why me", as that to me is a negative. For this optimist that is very counterproductive. I hope 2020 is a better year for you.

Everything in 2019 for my wife and myself are not some individuals idea of perfection, we have come through it stronger and still enjoying our lives.

So sorry you have had such a bad year....19 has always been a bad luck number for me....and 2019 lived up to that theory...............................i have had quite a few health issues, etc (which i won't go into)........and i CAN'T WAIT TIL 2019 IS GONE!!   I predicted a lousy year...and i was right!!

May we all have a much better 2020.  I think we all know that bad things happen, sadly some endure more than others.  It's the all at one time thing that wears on you.

@hckynut  I have never asked "why me?"   Why not me, I am no better than anyone else and don't expect my life to run smoothly.  Life can throw what it will at me but a little time in between stuff would be appreciated.

I won't list my woes, but suffice it to say, I am DONE with 2019.
