She's not all faked looking like Khloe (the Gila Monster) and Kim.  

Kourtney didn't dysmorph into at totally different human being.

Haven't watched the show since, well, I can't even type it, I feel like I'd need to bathe immediately.....It's been about 10 years.

Back then, Khloe was incredibly rude to her stepfather.  So I have no respect for her.  She seemed to have a major crush on her oldest sister Kourtney.  Don't know if any of that changed, actually, don't care!
