I can absolutely believe it, because the average person does not understand the nature of Kanye's debt.   This is not your average debt; as in unpaid credit card bills, unpaid utilities, car payments, etc.   My expectations are that this debt is related to marketing Kanye as a business entity, which means this is a figure compiled by accountants, that exist mainly on paper----and for which he can actually use as tax write offs.   He doesn't need pity, or a bailout.

This is probably all for publicity and to see how stupid people can be.  And while I'm not a fan of telling anyone what to do with their money, anyone that donates even one cent to this is just plain stupid.
