I CAN'T SLEEP!!!!

Argh!!!! I try, and try and try, but all I do is toss and turn. I get to the edge of sleep and then I wake up. I feel like a freakin zombie, a wreck. I'm exhausted, but sleep eludes me. I don't like pills, but may have to take some o.t.c. stuff.
